I filmed this performance the same day as Coldplay’s Fix You. Fix You took about an hour. This took the rest of the DAY…and there were STILL some mistakes in the final performance.

Even though it was a pretty tough piece (or I’m out of practice), I was surprised that it never got frustrating just because it’s so satisfying to play…especially the chorus.

Try it for yourself!!

Hope you like it.

    I understand that this is an amazing accomplishment.
    This is without a doubt one of your better pieces,
    though I still think you have some room for improvement;
    the left hand for the chorus could become even better,
    since most of its movements are just jumping two or more times
    on the same two keys. You could add variety and either split it into multiple keys, or you could add more complexity and as a result, a better tune.

    Don’t get me wrong, this song is very good. I can’t even write a sheet music, let alone do anything but play the songs that you write, but it’s just that this song is almost perfect and I just feel like nitpicking at little things.
    Perhaps in the future, you could edit the sheetmusic and try to improve it as your skill will undoubtedly soar higher and higher into the air.

    NEVER MIND WHAT I SAID

    I see why the left hand’s doing what it’s doing now lol

    i think its a bit fast, but maybe its because i prefer a slower sound :] but kudos great stuff

    Well, there are other versions of lydia with slower versions.
    I’m taking a wild guess, but I think he may have wanted to be different, and since Lydia’s sort of a momentum song, it’s meant to have a fast beat to it.

    Lol, this song’s hard to play perfectly >_<
    There’s so much room for mistakes

    oh i Love this song so much when i came out. I was really glad they included the intrumental in the albumn. your playing sound very upbeat compared to others. but your sheet music is better than the one i had before. muuch better. i feel so motivated to play it right now if it wasnt so late at night.
